Amy Smart has been a model, actress, and a former American. She was born in California USA, Amy Smart began her modeling career there. Her acting career began in the year 1996, when she appeared in the TV film Her Costly Affair. It took some time to get her into Starship Troopers in a smaller role. It was difficult when she had to change from modelling to acting as models were not believed to be actors, and they were usually given smaller and inconsequential parts. However, Amy did not give up and transitioned to more prestigious roles. It all started with the TV series The 70s and the film Varsity Blues. In 2005, she was cast part in the leading role of the romance comedy Just Friends with Ryan Reynolds. Amy received the recognition she'd been seeking more than a decade. Amy went on to appear in major movies like the Crank Series opposite Jason Statham, and Shameless.
